This Victorian sash window and stone cill was brought back to its former glory from a highly deteriorated state. The rest of the house was in a similar condition and the finish demonstated here was continued throughout.
This customer wanted to convert his garage into a bedroom, releasing a dead area into a useful ensuite, both to utilise space and to increase the value of his home. After the building work was completed, the decorating was completed to a high standard to the delight of the customer.

RDS turned this poorly maintained Victorian semi detached house, situated in Petersfield into a shining example of how a house should look, and received lots of attention from the neighbours!
