The decoration at this property was in a poor state of repair throughout and RDS transformed the interior to give it a new lease of life.
This was a large scale exterior job on a grade 2 listed building in Southampton. Before RDS arrived the paint was flaking and discoloured and the render was badly defective, the results speak for themselves.
Once the existing wallpaper was removed it was clear the walls were in a very poor state but this posed no problem for the expert skills of the RDS team.
The woodwork on the conservatory of this Edwardian detached property was in poor shape, as was the stone work around the windows. As you can see it has now been refreshed to a high standard.
This Victorian sash window and stone sill was brought back to its former glory from a highly deteriorated state. The rest of the house was in a similar condition and the finish demonstrated here was continued throughout.
RDS restored the exterior of this building which was looking a sorry for itself due to age, weathering and traffic.
